A heavy fruit set, followed by Mother Nature’s intense desire to deliver a bumper crop despite our limiting efforts, yielded a robust, powerhouse of a pinot. Alcohols are a bit lighter, but structure and acids are prominent. This is a particularly age-worthy Time Series pinot. Aromatics and flavors lean into dark cherry, rose petal, pau d’arco, and cedar. Cellar up to 15+ years.
