Below is a summary of all the wines we have produced that are sold out. We continue to post updated tasting notes and descriptions as years pass so our buyers know the best times to open and enjoy their bottles.

White

Karsts of the Andaman – Pinot Blanc

Exhibiting both citrus and tropical aromatics, this stellar white is wonderfully balanced, crisp and clean from start to finish, leaving your mouth refreshed and wanting more. A white grape not known to many, it remains one of our all time favorites.

Jumping Ship – Pinot Gouges

This unique wine is a rarity with only 12 acres on Earth. This is a white wine with bright aromatics and acid drive on the attack gives way to a much weightier mouthfeel and long, clean finish.

Solstice Skies – Dry Riesling

Solstice Skies is our dry Riesling. Wonderful acidity, classic Riesling aromatics and tropical fruit tones.

Pink

Pale Rider – Blanc de Pinot Noir

Pale Rider is almost a red/white hybrid, floral aromatics lead to a unique apple/peach/creamsicle delight.

Ruby Primo – Red Wine

Somewhat akin to the Clairet wines of Bordeaux, Ruby Primo sits between a Provence Rosé and a Village Rouge. It is garnet in color, walks a fine line between fruit and savory on the palate, and carries much more structure, texture and depth than one would expect.

Strawberry Blonde – Dry Rosé

This dry rosé reminds us of a sweet tart in a glass. The cherry and berry notes are balanced by the citrus hints hidden in its bright acidity.

Jolly Rancher — Pinot Noir Rosé

Sparkling

Cuvée Lussier! – Bubbly/Methode Champenoise

This classic sparkling is a true grower/producer version reminiscent of its Burgundy roots. A proprietary blend of our noir and blanc, it shows a touch of reduction on the nose, followed by citrus flavors on the palate.

Cuvée Libertus – Bubbly/Methode Champenoise

Extra Brut Sparkling. Made by hand, true Methode Champenoise, our sparkling wines evoke the small grower-producers found in Champagne. Very limited production.

Red

The Time Series

Next Time (Library) – Pinot Noir

Our mainline estate Pinot Noir offers mouth-watering acidity, vibrant red fruit, a fat mid-palate followed by a long lasting finish and supple, ample tannins.

First Time (Library) – Pinot Noir

Harvested late each year due to our elevation, the grapes reach wonderful maturity without excessively high sugars. Expect bright acids; a full, opulent mouth feel; then a long lasting finish and fine tannins.

Flagships

The Heretic – North Slope Pinot Noir

This single block Pinot Noir carries distinct smoky, tobacco scents over deep cherry, which reside only in this block. It is denser than our other pinots, displaying the range of options we have on this marvelous estate.

Jaguar – Reserve Pinot Noir

This pinot is absolutely elegant on both nose and palate.  Floral aromatics of lavender, sage laced with that famed Dundee Hills “funk” delight the nose, while layers of cherry pie, cola, strawberry, sandalwood, with maybe a hint of clove fill the mouth from start to finish.

Rule Breakers

PMS – Irreverent Red Blend

Native Flora’s riff on the famous GSM’s of Australia, combines three red varietals never before married. Estate Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Syrah unite in PMS to form a fun, unique, flavorful but moody red blend. It has become a cult hit as consumers discover that these varietals really do play well together.

Strong Armed – Pinot Noir

Moderate acidity and tannins, the palate carries a sweet note running towards strawberry/raspberry glace.
