Blanc de Pinot Noir

Following the 2017 splash debut, the 2018 Pale Rider follows closely on its predecessor’s heels. Pale Rider is 100% Pinot Noir without any skin contact. Barrel fermented to soften the mouth feel, it is almost a red/white hybrid. Floral/apple aromatics lead to an apple and pear, touch of cognac flavors.
